One must not miss the 'Fish Fry' here, which is quintessentially reminiscent of the flavours of Bengal. The 'Chingri Cutlet' also is an absolute treat. Vegetarians will revel in the subtle flavours of the creamy and tangy, 'Channa Aam Kasundi Paturi'. For mains, the 'Jhinge Aloo Posto', 'Bhaja Mooger Dal', 'Grand Trunk Chicken' and 'Gobindobhoger Bhaat', is the perfect meal a la home-style. Of course, 'Kosha Mangsho' and 'Luchi' is a combo, few carnivores can resist. The food is simple, the spices and ingredients authentic.
