This small café and bar, with limited seating, spread over a ground and mezzanine floor, is congested, yet, cosy. The bar in one corner is well-equipped. The food menu offers their version of global and Indian dishes, with an interesting spin. Expect comfort food and sufficient, satiating mains. Plenty of vegetarian options too. The separate bar menu is equally varied and affordably priced. The 'Lemongrass Rasam' is light and comforting. The 'Home-made Khari with tangy sausages' is a palate-pleaser. The 'Honey Chilli Pork Spare Ribs' are hugely popular. Vegetarians will enjoy the 'Three Cheese Kulcha' or the 'Hummus Bowl with Pita Chips'. For mains, opt for the fiery, home-style 'Chicken Curry with Rice'. The 'Baked Broccoli Crepe' will wow the palate of the vegetarians and is satiating too. The flavourful 'Saffron and Beetroot Risotto' is a good bet. The food offers well-balanced flavours and the innovation is not over-the-top. Unfortunately, most of the desserts on the menu are not available. Try the 'Chocolate Volcano' if you must. Service is prompt and efficient and the staff, friendly.
Short Visit Yesterday For A Couple Of Drinks To Beat The Heat. Had An Dineout + Easydiner Booking With Discount But No Joy Since The Restaurant Option Was Either Their Offer Or Discount. Small Place With A Mezzanine And Probably View This They Are Not Keen On Customers With Table Booking/Discount And Prefer Walk In Customers. Ambience Average, Food/Drink Average, Service Average, The Staff Could Have Been More Cooperative And Accommodating. Music Good But The Sound System Sucks And Tracks Repeated. View The Not So Good Vibes Did Not Stay Long So Fair Enough To Say It Was An Acceptable But Not Really Great Outing.
A smallish bar opposite the famous Shivaji Park, this is a value for money place. The valentine months offer was great - 1 drink free in one order. Food and service were good too
I and my friend visited during evening of a Sunday wherein the café was empty, we observed that the waiters are not friendly in answering our queries related to what we wanted to order. The ambience of the café is nice but the service needs to be improved. The quantity and quality of the food were not so good for a review. They had charged us service tax on the bill when we inquired about it the staff members replied in a rude manner. they actually had no idea what service tax is all about and the recent rules regarding the same. when we asked them for an explanation they just couldn't answer and asked us to leave.
Easy to miss This place I'd you passing by and honestly you would not miss much. The drinks are priced at slightly higher or at par with BSE which is not too far from there. Good is reasonably priced and is good. The staff is I think bored or not interested. Overall I don't see a reason to go there again unless in the vicinity and feel like a drink.
The place is located right on the main road so there are issues of parking. While the place is quite small and can get crowded, the place is a good waterhole which has lively music playing and a chilled out staff. Drinks are good - the LIT and Caprioska's we ordered were strong and well made. The staff also was helpful. Food could have more quantity but quality is good.
