This place with tasteful décor and expansive interiors exudes a chic, but warm vibe. The menu is exhaustive and offers unusual dishes, from across Central Asia. Although the cuisine, naturally leans towards non-vegetarian fare, vegetarian choices abound. A separate kitchen for vegetarian cooking, is reassuring for vegetarians. The bar menu is varied too and has some unique cocktails, using ingredients from this region. Expect flatbreads, vegetables with exotic stuffing, rice dishes, grilled meats, skewered kebabs and salads. 'Kalem Boregi', the crunchy rolls filled with haloumi, feta and herbs, are a delight for the taste buds. Try the 'Persian Pumpkin Tikkas with Nuts'. Carnivores will revel in the flavours of the comforting 'Azerbaijani Chicken Stew with Fennel and Saffron'. The 'Mezze Platter with Haleem' is not-to-be-missed. The 'Chapli Kabab' is well-made and melts in the mouth. Pair the rustic 'Murgh Samarkand with Afghan Khameri Rotis' and you have a winning combination. 'Aish Al Saraya', the rich and creamy dessert is worth indulging in. The authentic ingredients and cooking techniques, result in food, that is hearty, aromatic and flavourful. The service staff is well-versed with the menu and the service is efficient and prompt. One can ask for Jain options here.
