Skky is a spectacular fine dining space, not only known for its superb ambience but its fabulous menu as well. It targets many cuisines at one time but pays special attention to the Pan Asian fare and does it beautifully too. Ask for beer or scotch or rum or anything that moves you to marry your first course, which entails, chicken satay, Vietnamese summer rolls, char siew bao chicken, ambade ka jhinga, duck spring rolls, ajwaini fish tikka, hing aur hare mutter ki seekh, sushi and teppanyaki. Jains and kids have their own menu. Open the second course with, paneer pasanda, curry laksa, grilled salmon with black bean sauce, pizza wild mixed mushrooms, steamed fish with spicy garlic and rendang chicken.

The variety on offer is endless, so you will find yourself quite spoilt for choices, especially where desserts are concerned as well. Pamper your sweet tooth with paan ice cream, dolce de leche ice cream, banoffee pie, sitaphal rasmalai, baked anjeer ka halwa and white chocolate & grand marnier cheesecake. Now coming to what makes this place so popular, the décor. Interiors of Skky are elegant and dimly lit to give a lounge-like feel. Dining style is kept formal so one can dine in comfort and luxury but what steals the spotlight is their outdoor dining space which is surrounded by a network of high water bodies.
