Expect rustic charm, rather than finery and finesse. The food menu is exciting and unusual and the dishes bear Chef’s unmistakable stamp. Soufflés - both in sweet and savoury iterations, occupy pride of place. The bar menu is a playful mix of old-timers and contemporary concoctions. All-time favourites like 'French Onion Soup', 'Duck Confit', 'Boeuf Bourguignon' jostle for space with regional dishes like 'Pissaladière' and 'Gratin Dauphinois'. The light and fluffy, 'Camembert and Truffle Soufflé' is an outstanding treat. 'Carrotes' - a dish with myriad textures using only carrots, is inventive and takes you by surprise.
