This chic new restaurant and bar is a welcome addition to the neighbourhood in Colaba. What was once the popular Ellipsis is now The Urban Foundry from Pune. The restaurant is split into two levels and boasts of two private dining areas as well as two bars. The menu is a mix of familiar favourites but presented in a different avatar. Think 'Chicken Vada Pav' or 'Tempura filled Sushi'. The drinks are the highlight here, it is the perfect spot to unwind at over the weekend. Try their 'Knuckle Up' with 'Kettle One Vodka' or then the 'Rum based Mumbai Meri Jaan' ( MMJ )
