This Offer is available to all Citi Credit and Debit card members for such cards issued in India only (Customer) during the Offer Period.
Add on cards will be treated as separate cards.
It is mandatory for the Customers to pay with a valid Citi Credit or Debit card issued in India to avail the Offer.
Offer will be valid at restaurants across Ahmedabad, Aurangabad, Bengaluru, Chandigarh, Chennai, Coimbatore, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kochi, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, Nashik, Pune, Surat and Vadodara.
To avail the offer, please follow the below steps :
The customer has to register for the campaign by clicking on the “Register Now” button on the EazyDiner platform.
A dummy transaction of Rs. 2 needs to be done using Citi Card to complete the table reservation.
Upload the bill on the platform after the meal.
Booking for the particular meal period will close 30 min before the start of the dining time.
The reservation window will be open from 00:01 AM on 5th Nov to 06:00 PM on 4th Feb 2020 through the EazyDiner app/ website.
The total bill amount should match the amount swiped at the restaurant.
The card used to make the dummy transaction should match the card used at the time of making the transaction at the restaurant.
Cashback amount for the above offer will be exclusive of taxes and service charges.
The dummy transaction amount will be refunded back to the card within 7 days of making the transaction.
The cashback amount will be refunded back to the card within 90 days of making the transaction. The timeline provided for effective credit is only indicative of expected period and may vary from the actual date of credit.
Offer will be valid only for customers who have made a reservation on EazyDiner app/website
Customers are required to carry the mobile device where the email/SMS confirmation has been received for reservation of table
Discount will be available on presentation of the Citibank cards at the time of the payment.
Restaurants reserves the right to refuse the deal if the card is not presented at the time of payment.
The reserved table will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes from the time of reservation after which any decision of rescheduling can be taken by the restaurant itself.
The booking can be for a minimum of 2 diners and a maximum of 10 diners.
Offer is not valid on Home Delivery.
Reservations of restaurant tables are subject to availability and at participating restaurant’s discretion.
Customers are required to adhere to the dress code and other policies/ rules/ regulations of the particular participating restaurant.
The participating restaurant holds the right of admission at all times as per their respective internal policies.
Customer to inform the restaurant about the reservation through EazyDiner upon arrival at the restaurant to have a hassle-free experience.
EazyDiner will be responsible for fulfilling the reservations with the special offer.
Existing EazyDiner terms and conditions as available on EazyDiner website apply in addition to the terms and conditions stated herein
Citi does not make any warranties or representation on the delivery, services, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of the products/services made available to the Customer by EazyDiner under the Offer.
This Offer cannot be combined with any other Citibank offer nor can it be transferred or assigned to any other Customer or third party.
Any disputes regarding delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of the products/ services under the Offer must be addressed in writing, by the Customers directly to EazyDiner at contact@eazydiner.com and that Citi shall not entertain any communication in this regard.
Citibank or EazyDiner shall in no way be liable if any Customer is unable to login to EazyDiner Platform due to incompatibility of device, internet usage plans, or any other reason whatsoever.
The Offer is valid only if the Customer’s card/account continues to be in good standing and payment continues to reach Citi before the payment due date.
The Customers shall not hold Citibank, its group entities, or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors, responsible for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, personal injury, costs, charges and expenses which a Customer claims to have suffered, sustained or incurred, or claims to suffer, sustain or incur, directly or indirectly, by way of and/or on account of participating in the Offer or the acceptance, decline, non-receipt, suitability, quality or by use or non-use or suitability or effectiveness of the products/services .
Citi reserves the right to extend or terminate this Offer without prior notice. Citi also reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace wholly, or in part, this Offer by another Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether.
The terms & conditions of the Offer shall be in addition to & not in substitution/derogation to the rules & regulations governing the use of the Citi credit and debit card including but not limited to Citi account terms and conditions, Card member terms and conditions, Most Important terms and condtions and/or the Citi websites as stated above. Payment of fees/service charges/all other amounts due from the Customer to Citi from usage of credit and debit cards by the Customer under this Offer and/or otherwise will be governed by Citi Terms & Conditions, the Card member terms and conditions and the Most Important terms and condtions. The Customers shall not hold Citibank, its group entities, or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors, responsible for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses which a Customer claims to have suffered, sustained or incurred, or claims to suffer, sustain or incur, by way of and/or on account of the Offer or the acceptance, decline, non-receipt, suitability, quality.
Neither anything contained in these terms & conditions, nor the running of these Offer to which they apply, shall be construed as an obligation on Citibank to continue the Offer up to, on or after the Offer termination date. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment or representation by Citi to conduct further such Offers.
Acceptance of these terms is a prerequisite for participation in this offer. Such participation is voluntary and is deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions mentioned herein.
The Customer shall become ineligible to participate in this Offer if his/her card is cancelled before the expiry of /during the Offer Period
Any taxes or liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other authority or body, if any, shall be borne directly by Customer and/or billed to the account of the Customer.
A Customer without being required to do any further act, shall be deemed to have read, understood and unconditionally accepted the terms and conditions herein.
If the Offer and/or anything to be done by Citi or any other entity in respect of the Offer is prevented or delayed by causes, circumstances or events beyond the control of Citi or any other entity, including but not limited to computer viruses, tampering, unauthorised intervention, interception, fraud, technical failures, floods, fires, accidents, earthquakes, riots, explosions, wars, hostilities, acts of government or other causes of like or similar or other character beyond the control of Citi or the other entity/ies, then Citi and/or the other entity/ies shall not be liable for the same to the extent so prevented or delayed, and will not be liable for any consequences.
The Offer terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Mumbai.
The Customers agree to be bound by the terms & conditions contained herein. Without a Customer being required to do any further act, he/she shall be deemed to have read, understood and unconditionally accepted the terms & conditions herein. The Offer Terms & Conditions need to be read in conjunction with the detailed Citibank Card member Terms & Conditions, Most important terms and conditions (MITC), Citibank Account T&Cs and terms governing the use of Citibank credit/debit cards and/or Citibank website.
Payment of fees/service charges/all other amounts due from the Customer to Citibank from usage of credit/debit cards by the Customer under this Offer and/or otherwise will be governed by Citibank Account Terms & Conditions, the Card member Terms and Conditions and MITC.
