This upmarket and plush bar offers a garden view of the hotel. The service is quick and the food arrives on time. The menu is a fancy mix of Asian and Modern Indian food that is well presented. The major attraction has been the Indian fusion inspired dishes which taste great. Many dishes are inspired by the European counterparts and juxtaposed into an Indian dish. For instance, we ordered the ‘Paneer Khurchan Pizza’ and it is a very interesting take on what a Paneer Pizza can be. The appetizers include some real classics while the real deal of newness is those fusion bits. They make locally influenced ‘Methi Thalipeeth Tacos' with either Spicy Chicken or Chili Tenderloin. The drinks are also quite nice and most of them are classics. Try the ‘Frozen Margarita’ or ‘LIIT' - perfectly garnished and well balanced in terms of alcohol. From mains, the top pick includes ‘Thai Green Curry’ - a tangy prawn curry inspired from the western coast. It is served with 'Steamed Rice' and ‘Kolambhi Chi Kalwan’.
