Asia Kitchen is the rather young and dynamic avatar of the popular fine dining restaurant in Mainland China. The major attractiveness lies in the ambience and the upliftment of the Asian cuisine without messing up the taste and flavours. The quirky ambience is a sure sign you will love this place more than ever and the whole bright factors associated with the furniture and crockery are promising. The menu is a diverse one and the choice is pretty much endless. This is because you have the choice of soups, dim sum, steamed bao, regular small plates, large plates and more. All of these are further categorized in vegetarian, poultry, seafood and red meat. The ‘Beijing Pork Belly Bao’ and ‘Truffle infused Edamame Dumplings’ are the best sellers and totally deserve to be. Please try and accommodate one platter of your favourite sushi selection because the presentation, taste and portion size are all quite on point with the whole new playing game turned on! The appetizers are pretty much the same as Mainland China, with some new additions and minor facelift to the old classic ones. The 'King Prawns Hunan' are super delish and really spicy. The 'New Zealand Lamb Chops' in 5-Spice rub is quite delicious. The mains as well, include a rather fun rendition of all things classic. For instance, we tried the 'Mushroom Rice with Truffle Oil + Mushrooms + some soy'. These are just Rice with some mushrooms but they surely give you a feel of a Risotto, maybe Asian style! That apart, some classic Asian & Cantonese style curries are available with a choice of Noodles ranging from 'Singapore Style Chili Noodles' to 'Japanese Style Glass Noodles' which are even free of gluten. Amongst the ‘Rambutan with Vanilla Icecream’ and the ‘Mango Pudding’, the new dessert which will woo you include the ‘Snickers & Caramel Cake’ and the ‘Coconut Dumplings with Date Syrup’.
