Kava is a casual restaurant inside the Fairfield by Marriott hotel and this one is a lead attraction for people who want to move ahead from the city’s other restaurants and want to dine and have some good time in a relatively different environment. The place offers great seating with light green and pink coloured seats along with the walls painted ivory and the whole feel and experience is very much like if you were in Europe. The ambience is very nice and bright with pastel shades and nice daylight lamps. The food is mainly the talking point and that is something they have not experimented with. This is, in fact, good for most people who want to try various cuisines under one roof. The breakfast is an attractive deal here because they make these superb 'Belgian Waffles', the machine of which is imported from Belgium. The waffles are crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, they are paired with house-made fresh fruit coulis and some clotted cream. Then you even have eggs to order and stuffed omelettes which can be customised apart from what you get in A La Carte. The lunch and dinner service calls for some great deal of North Indian and Italian food. The service is good and they won’t leave a stone unturned to get you what you like, the customised orders are quite easy here and they are prepared for it. The desserts that they have now seem quite from the 90s.
