Dining here is in spacious AC comfort, with open glass walls, a soothing black and white theme with marble tables and simple, giant showpieces strewn around the place. The menu has a few distinctly interesting combinations – the salads, for instance, include one with cottage cheese and mango, set on leafy greens and sprinkled with crispy shallots; there is also a bulgur wheat and fresh corn salad with peanuts, grated coconut and a sesame lime dressing, besides the noodle and raw papaya salad in a soy ponzu with cherry tomatoes and spring onions. If here for breakfast, sip on the monsoon Malabar coffee with the eggs Atlantic, poached and on a croissant with salmon and hollandaise; or, the potato roesti topped with a Puneri omelette! The restaurant also serves a hearty set of pies, such as one with chicken in a creamy green pesto within a pastry, or a classic creamy mushroom pie with fresh corn, broccoli and asparagus. A heavy meal here could be found in their elaborate English breakfast, with eggs your way, bacon, sausages, creamy mushrooms, tomato and toasted ciabatta; if not, just order the delicious baby back ribs or lamb burger with cheese, onions and mint yogurt, instead.
