The menu of Royal China is wonderfully equipped with varieties of aromatic curries, fragrant rice and noodles and succulent dim sums. They also do an all-you-can-eat buffet along with a special tasting menu which is affordable and great for a diner with limited funds. The food is authentic and spectacular. Good news is that they have an entirely separate menu for dim sums which showcases these lovely parcels in their best form. Kick start your meal with BBQ spare ribs, wonton soups. Salt & pepper squid, duck noodle soup, peking duck, fried soft corn curd, satay chicken, crispy seaweed, bacon wrapped prawns, chicken coriander soup, minced chicken wrapped with lettuce, steamed tenderloin balls, seafood dumpling with ginger & chilli oil, chicken mushroom bun and sesame paper prawn roll. Delight in cheung fun in fish, chicken, fried prawn and roast pork variety.
Pair pan fried noodles or egg fried rice with some aromatic curries like flaming prawns in superior sauce, Singapore chilli crab, chicken in black pepper sauce, wasabi tenderloin, mapo tofu, sautéed pork with yellow bean sauce, lamb with chilli oil & spring onion, pan fried sliced fish in wine sauce, sweet & sour chicken, fresh lobster in wasabi mayonnaise sauce and prawns in XO sauce. The Chinese have some great desserts too like mud cake, chilled mango pudding, honey noodles and fried crispy or steamed buns with creamy custard filling. At Royal China meal could be expensive but is entirely satisfying.
