Butter Cupp is a cosy place tucked in on Sandesh Press Road. It is a small place with a few small tables and about a dozen chairs. This place is run by a husband-wife team and they make very limited stuff but it is good. As the name suggests, this place serves mostly cupcakes and a few other things. It is done up elegantly with one wall coloured teal and the flooring tiles are in shades of granite, yellow and dark blue. The furniture is wooden and the tables are small round ones. There are lots of potted plants on one side which adds to the ambience. It gives a feel of being in a really cosy bakery, which it is anyway. This bakery serves cupcakes in lots of varieties. They have both eggless and cupcakes with eggs. There are 'Chocolate Cookies'. On Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays they make cheesecakes. The bakery encourages people to pick up their own plates and to not linger too much in the bakery after finishing your dessert or whatever you are having. But the advantage of this request is that you are likely to find a place to sit even though the seating is limited. Some of the must-try cupcakes here are the 'Lemon with Berry Core' and 'Dark Chocolate with Caramel' where the Berry and the Caramel are filled inside the cupcake. The cupcakes are lovely but the bakery should reduce the baking powder a little bit in the bundt cakes to ensure that there is no aftertaste of the baking powder in the cake. That is a rookie mistake. This place is closed on 2nd and 4th Sundays
