Maroosh serves popular Lebanese dishes like Shawarma, Mezzie Platter, Pita Bread and Humus and Falafel among other things. The café is frequented by the youth and the millennial crowd. Lebanese food is getting very popular in India, especially Shawarma and Falafel. It has actually become a popular fast food here. Maroosh offers a lot of variety in Shawarma, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. There are a whole lot of kebabs, Kathi rolls, wraps, curries, rice dishes, bread and salads on the menu. Try the different salads like the Falafel Hummus Salad. Try the Open Spicy Chicken Tikka Shawarma or Mushroom Tikka Shawarma if you are a vegetarian. In the kebabs section, vegetarians should try the Lasooni Paneer or the Paneer Ajwaini. Non-vegetarians would like Chicken Kali Mirch or Chicken Haryali. There is only one mutton kebab on the menu- the usual Mutton Seekh Kebab. If you like mutton, try the Hyderabadi Mutton Kheema and pair it with Roomali Roti or Pita Bread.
