The best thing about @Nine is the location. It is a terrace restaurant with a 180-degree aerial view. You can see the long SG Highway in the night with headlines of vehicles lighting up the road and city lights blinking. It is a great place for a cosy dinner high up on the ninth floor from where the restaurant takes its name. One side of the restaurant wall has a vertical garden, which makes the interior different and the ambience unique and eco-friendly. The food is reasonably good with many Italian and Mediterranean dishes offering both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. The service is good. The shaded rooftop can get warm in the summer evenings despite the misters and coolers to bring down the temperatures. Best time: September to March and also in the monsoon season. This is one of the rare restaurants in the city where a woman is a chef in charge - Vrinda Menon. She is friendly and will help you choose dishes according to your preferences.
