Sankalp is one of the best South Indian Food chains in the country with lots of innovations yet keeping the basics intact. The Sankalp outlet in 4 Square Mall in Chandkheda is one such place with simple ambience and fast service. Located on the first floor, the place is housed in a mall which also has a multiplex so given the location it is crowded most of the times. It serves many varieties of Idlis, Dosas, Uttapams, and Vadas, so the menu is simple but innovative. Some of the interesting dishes to try here are Kanchipuram Idli, Chettinad Rice Cakes and Niligiri Rice Cakes which are all versions of Idlis. In the speciality Dosaz section, try the Cheesy Spring Dosa, Schezwan Dosa or Keerai Cheese Garlic Dosa. There is also Achari Onion Dosa and Kara Mura Dosa which one can also go for. If you like Rava Dosa try the Coconut Rava Dosa. The Dosas, Idlis and Uttapams are served with Sambar, coconut and tomato chutney, gunpowder and ghee. Try the Cheese Pizza Uthappa, Madurai Sandwich Uthappa or the Panchvarna Uthappa.
