It is not easy to define sattvic food, but let's just say that a meal without onions, garlic, and caffeine of any form can be quite tasty. At Sattvam, the À la carte menu proves that innovation knows no bounds. From the broccoli apple shorba and khatti kamrakh ka shorba (soup made with starfruit) to paneer anardana ka tikka and baby corn aur neembu ke patti ki gilafi - the menu is quite interesting. Try the panchmel ke saag (a mixed vegetable), Amritsar ke kofte, and gatta palak gol mirch, along with a variety of Indian breads, or rice.
