Petu Pankaj is a fast-casual dining restaurant with a colourful and vibrant ambience. The delicious menu serves Mughlai dishes and Biryani that you can savour. Biryanis have always been considered a rich meal; hence they use a secret blend of hand-picked spices which ensure you do not feel heavy after eating the food here. They have even replaced common salt with mineral salts, explains Pankaj Gupta, owner of Petu Pankaj. The ‘Kakori Kebabs’ here, is a dish fit for nawabs. To spice things up, dig into the ‘Hyderabadi Sabz Chilman Biryani’. The ‘Bamboo Chicken Chettinad Biryani’ is milder but equally exciting with sprightly mint leaves adding a refreshing kick to it. The ‘Railway Mutton Curry’, ‘Chicken Daak Bunglow’ and ‘Mutton Nihari’ pair well with the ‘Khamiri Roti’. Flush it all down with the ‘Delhi 6 Kala Khatta’, ‘Electric Aam Panna’ or ‘Awadhi Shikanji’.
