A small café in Adyar, Chennai, Frie Station serves a recreated version of the western cuisines; for instance, a classic take on poutine, they mix select Indian spices and garnishes to the poutine and create a whole different version of it. This fire station themed café with chairs made out of barrels, tables made with water pumps and fire hoses hanging on the side also serve ‘Ooru Style Pasta’ - made with Indian desi sauces like ‘Makhani’, ‘Kheema Matter Bolognaise’ and ‘Rogan’.
