One of the few places in Chennai which serve ‘The Balvenie 30 Years’ whisky. It is a rare whisky, and only a few of these casks were selected by David Stewarts 30 years ago. It is a rich yellow scotch whisky with unusual depth and complexity. A finger food that justifies is the Pork Ribs. The slow roasted juicy spare ribs soak up all the scotch. The simplicity of the ribs comes from the brown sugar and the garlic infusion. The Speyside whisky is both sophisticated and elegant. It has classic flavours of honey, vanilla and fresh fruits. With age, and especially when they mature, they deliver sweet spice flavours. Some bacon wrapped sausages goes a long way with this whisky.
