A ‘no frills’ family restaurant is a top favourite of the neighbourhood residents. The menu is simple with standard Indian and Chinese cuisine. Do not look for exotic dishes but the ones offered in the menu will not disappoint you. Start your meal with traditional 'Jaljeera' or a soup. 'Murg Shorba' is very popular in the soup section.'Fish Amritsari, 'Lahori Murg Tandoori', 'Murg Afghani', 'Murg Ghilafi Seek Kebab' are signature non-veg starters. While vegetarians love their 'Dahi Kebab', 'Bharwan Aloo' and 'Paneer Achari Tikka'. In the mains, go for ‘Murg Lackhnawi’ – boneless chicken cooked in special spices and garnished with boiled egg. ‘Punjabi Kukkad Masaledar’ is a hot selling item – tender chicken preparation, a speciality of Punjab. ‘Kashmiri Rogan Josh’, ‘Prawn Curry’ and ‘Gosht Rarra’ are a chef’s recommendations and you will not go wrong in ordering these. There are all-time favourites for vegetarians - 'Malai Kofta', 'Aloo Dum Banarsi', 'Dal Makhni', 'Paneer Pasanda' and 'Dal Tarkey Wali'. For Biryani lovers, there is ample choice, both veg and non-veg. The Chinese section of the menu is huge and preparations are good. The bar is fully equipped with usual spirits, wines, cocktails and mocktails. There is live music on weekends and good discount during happy hours.
