This bar leads off directly from the lobby and is well-appointed and comfortable. As the name suggests, single malts rule the roost here: Dalwhinnie, Talisker, Glenlivet and Lagavulin. There are other spirits on offer too, including vodkas and IMFL. The best-selling cocktail here is Green Ghost, made with vodka and flavoured with green apple. There are bar snacks and finger foods too: chilli chicken may be the most popular but there is also grilled fish and lamb kababs in addition to fried corn kernels.
