It is she who has made the simple yet effective menu that is filled with Greek starters and main courses that are on offer In Greece yet can be reproduced in Delhi. It is she who greets every guest and serves them their food in typically hospitable Greek fashion. Do not miss the Spanakopita – one snack that is served in every last café all over Greece. It is puff pastry enclosed with spinach and feta, and is the de rigueur accompaniment to Greek coffee. There are vegetable-based starters like dolmades and a sensational mashed potato salad, while most mains are lamb or pork based.
