The restaurant looks beautiful I have always adored the old-school live pizza oven. One of the simplest pizzas is quite the perfect order to beat the summer heat in Dubai, the All Aglio aka garlic, it is superb! To start, there are shareable selections for the table, including quick-fired items like veal meatballs, courgettes and mushrooms. The Baby Spinach Salad is especially vibrant, featuring a mix of peppery Baby Spinach, speckled with fresh pomegranate dressing. Shredded Ricotta adds a salty component while walnuts add that perfect crunch. Calamari Fritti is a great dish too; the elevation of crunchy, coarsely-breaded golden rings is heaped beside a sauce that offers a cold and sweet contrast when dipped. Do not miss the cocktails, along with more Italian classics like the Negroni. They also have a full wine selection, most scrumptious Tiramisu, house-made gelato and great coffee. Save room for the chocolate tart with rhubarb and strawberry compote for dessert.
