Laid out in the outdoor corridor of Fairmont with a beach view this restaurant is a must visit for every seafood lover. Headed by Chef Dimitris Lazarou, they boast of serving fresh and flavourful seafood along with Mediterranean cuisine. The breezy air and a stunning view makes the dining experience pleasurable. Amongst the must-have is their Seafood Platter which consists of monkfish, shrimp, octopus, squid and scallops skewered and grilled to perfection, along with grilled vegetables and garlic aioli. Also do try their Black Burgers.
