On the ‘highway of food’ of Chapora, stands a haven for bikers. A blink and miss event, Café B3 has a quaint resto-café concept – bikes, barbecues and beers. Run by the affable – Betsy Miranda, this café is every bikers oiled dream. The core revolves around bikes with them being the star of the show. The décor is bike themed with old pictures of Royal Enfield bikes, inverted RE tanks atop the bar counter, graffiti-strewn walls and jackets and patches across sections of the restaurant. A dartboard for company adds flavour to drinking games that can be played on bikers nights. With a wide array of dishes on the menu from scrumptious breakfasts to hotdogs, sandwiches, grills, steaks and beer, this place has something to cater to everyone. Gorge on the breakfast sub. Layered with lettuce, mushrooms, onions, chicken bacon, sweet mustard grilled chicken and cheese drizzled with a creamy mint sauce, it is a meal in itself. The portions are huge and are meant to be shared. For the more health conscious, the grilled tuna salad with fresh catch of the day is a must-try. Also, try the Korean spare ribs doused in a tangy spicy rub. Top off your meal before you throttle up with the campfire banana split – a marshmallows and chocolate chips stuffed banana, foiled and grilled to perfection. Top it with chocolate sauce fresh cream and vanilla ice cream and you are ready to hit the road again.
