The concept is interesting. A ‘meeting’ place of palates -from all the establishments at the Novotel Goa Resort & Spa in one place. The décor is clean and chic with a select menu of exotics hand-picked by the Chef served from the multiple restaurants around in this all-day dining enclosure. The Indian section has some fabulous offerings like the Panko Crusted Bharwan Mirch- a goat cheese mousse with chilli aam papad chutney and the Beetroot and peanut butter tikki caper with wasabi chutney and papdi puffs. The beachside restaurant offers Crispy Fried Lamb Kebabs filled with cream cheese and dates served with a mint yoghurt. From their fine dining comes a signature Caesar Salad with adaptive offerings of sautéed prawns and anchovies, that can be added as well.
