Nestled next to the turquoise expanse of water at The Lalit is The Gazebo, a poolside bar and restaurant. Let your senses take over as you reveal in the serenity of nature and its surroundings with manicured gardens and quaint surroundings of the resort around. Start off with the Cocktail of the Day in the Kiwi Margarita – Tequila with fresh lime juice and kiwi crush as you browse through the small yet appetizing menu. The health conscious can dig into a Caesar Salad or the Deep-fried crunchy spring roll. Their burgers are a meal in themselves and they also allow you to customise your own sandwich. The Beef tenderloin topped with lettuce, sliced tomatoes and sautéed onions was scrumptious with a side plating of golden brown French fries. The desserts are limited to an ice cream selection and seasonal fruit platters. If in the mood for a milkshake try the Cold Coffee, it is rich and smooth and well blended. An overall casual and interesting experience.
