OTM – The Brew Company is a microbrewery, pub, and restaurant rolled into one. The ground floor functions as a serene microbrewery till the evening and gradually morphs into a lively pub. Stag entry is restricted on weekends and during special events. The first floor features a family-friendly restaurant. Besides a pocket-friendly weekday lunch buffet aimed at corporates, OTM also features an elaborate a la carte menu. It is a truly global selection that includes everything from 'Hyderabadi Keema Samosa' to 'Sushi' and 'Souvlaki'. Unfortunately, the kitchen sometimes falls short. The lager here is excellent, but the selection of brews on tap is rather dull. I was offered a couple of wheat beers, a lager, a cider, and a golden ale. I would love to see something heavier, hoppier, or a bit more experimental. I was told that the brews do keep changing, so you might have better luck. The cocktail selection is much more impressive and features home-made infusions, signature smoky concoctions, and OTM’s take on classic cocktails. OTM Classics can be ordered by the glass or in larger ‘Bottle’ portions.
