Smokey House is located in the busy Hitech City area and is mainly known for its economical buffets. The restaurant was earlier known as Barbeque House and has been rechristened a couple of years back. The place has open seating for more than a hundred diners, as well as a private dining area for groups up to 25 members. Apart from the usual lunch and dinner buffets, it also has a barbeque buffet option in the evening, where you can additionally enjoy a few items from the live grill. Though there are enough choices in the buffet for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians, the taste of the food is quite ordinary. Service is a tad slow, and buffet dishes at times take a long time to get refilled. The multicuisine a-la-carte menu has Indian, Oriental as well as continental dishes. Some of the tandoor items are special. The bar has some interesting cocktails and mocktails to go with the food.
