The Bar is located at the end of the lobby of Novotel Hyderabad Airport. The outlet with comfortable sofa seating has a good selection of International liquor and wines with some really impressive finger food to go with it. As a whisky drinker, I love the varied collection of single malts that they have. The cocktails here are also much sought after, with frequent promotions in collaboration with liquor companies. Some of the popular cocktails here are 'Happy Coco' (Rum and Coconut Cream) and 'The Skinny' (brandy with mint leaves and orange). The cocktail snack menu has been recently revamped, and the presentation of their dishes is extremely inviting. 'Lemon Grass Flavoured Corn Cakes' and 'Asian Vegetable Skewers' are some of the interesting vegetarian options whereas 'Texan Fried Chicken with Butter Masala Dip' and 'Special Whole Wheat Chicken Wrap' are recommended for the non-vegetarians. 'Tandoori Momo' available in vegetarian and non-vegetarian options does go well with the drinks.
