The in-house multicuisine restaurant of the Casa Fortuna Hotel in Minto Park, Casa Kitchen has emerged as one of the most popular addresses for vegetarian diners in the city. A spacious restaurant with minimalist yet plush interiors done in white and wood, what strikes one about the menu at this 91-seater is the sheer variety it offers. The spread is a mix of Indian, Oriental and European with everything from paneer tikka and pindi chana to ricotta and spinach stuffed cannelloni and vegetable dumplings tossed in an Oriental style chilli lemon sauce. Try the Dal Casa – a well-prepared kali dal loaded with cream and butter and their most recommended signature dish. Their breakfast buffet is quite popular. Plus, there are plenty of options à la carte, from croissants and coleslaw sandwiches to kachoris subzi and dosas. The bar is well stocked and they have an extensive list of cocktails – Flaming Lamborghinis and martinis to daiquiris and sangrias.
