With its modern, smart interiors and a sizeable range of covers, Chilli ‘N’ Pepper is the fine-dining restaurant housed in Arista Hotel. The chequered tiles lead you to the main dining area. The restaurant offers both a la carte as well as buffet options. The latter is more popular here. The a la carte menu is varied and offers Indian cuisine with apart from a sizeable Oriental and Continental fare. The misspelt dishes though are putting off. The multi-cuisine spread is vast and there is something for every palate. The ‘Navrattan Korma’ had a rich gravy and the ‘Railway Chicken’ was not as we expected. It had an unusually thick gravy and was nowhere like the original. There are many other options in chicken dishes – ‘Murg Makhani’, ‘Kali Mirch Ka Kukkad’ and ‘Grilled Chicken’ to list a few. The Oriental main course brings in Indian-Chinese fare. You will even find ‘American Chopsuey’ in the mix. The service is nothing exceptional.
