Back in the day, there wasn't a single person that would miss an opportunity to dine at the famous China Garden. Nelson Wang made this such a craze with diners that it started attracting a celebrity clientele. The original restaurant is in Kemp's Corner but they have an outlet in Khar as well. Regulars love their favourites and will still dine here despite the ample choice now available with Chinese cuisine. This is possibly the birth place or at least gave popularity to some typical Indo-Chinese dishes in the city like corn curd, kung pao potatoes.
