This is a spacious restaurant on the outskirts (it is really close to the highway) for travellers looking for a meal. The traditional menu has mainly Indian, oriental, sizzlers, pizzas, pastas, sandwiches and burgers. The Pan Asian section serves goodies such as prawns in brandy sauce and crab claw lollipops for starters, while mains include a tasty grilled fish in ginger-onion sauce and stir-fry veggies with chilli-basil. Desi fare concentrates on North-style items – kababs such as mushroom lazeez, chicken popcorn and mutton sukhe are tasty with drinks. One could also enjoy their creamy crunchy kaju curry, Kolhapuri-style mutton lal maas, dabba gosht with boiled eggs, or ‘veg sultana’ of paneer, mushroom, veggies and cheese in a coriander-hung curd gravy, with soft roomalis or fragrant Kashmiri pulao. The cocoa-laden ‘wicked chocolate blob’ does well to round a meal up nicely.
