A cubbyhole of an eatery with simple, minimalistic décor, this bistro is for the vegetarians fond of Italian cuisine. A bowl of hot dill soup along with some tacos and spinach salsa will set the tone of the meal. This is best followed up with one of their thin-crust pizzas – the Mediterraneo with olives, artichokes and oodles of mozzarella, the mellinio with spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, green olives, jalapeños and roasted red, green and yellow peppers and the calzone are particularly scrumptious. If you want to try a unique pasta, go for the grisciano laden with minced soya or the four musketeers which has a beautiful blend of blue cheese, gouda, parmesan and mozzarella.
