This first-floor restaurant of Hyatt Hotel is open 24 hours. It is a fine dining eatery which serves great food at most times. The restaurant has classy interiors with wood panelling on the walls and pillars and, even the ceiling has woodwork on it. There are tall windows from where one can see green trees outside and from where lots of light comes in. The restaurant is spacious with 2 large live counters inside. The chairs have striped brown, beige and black upholstery which looks elegant. The staff is smart and the service excellent. The food is varied and tasty. The dishes to try at Collage, and which come highly recommended by head chef Deepak Sarkar are 'Pan Fried Sea Bass', 'Roast Chicken', 'Norwegian Smoked Salad' and do try the 'New Zealand Lamp Chop Barbequed Potato' and 'Pepper Sauce'. Also, try the 'Butter Chicken' here. Vegetarian should try the 'Zucchini' with 'Egg Plant Lasagne' with 'Pesto' or the 'Subz Seekh'. There is lovely 'Dal Makhani' and 'Subz Biryani'. They also have 'Chicken Biryani' but the menu does not have the 'Mutton Biryani'.
