Golden Cilantro is the only restaurant at Cambay Grand Hotel, which is a large hotel with 150 rooms. Golden Cilantro starts its operations from early morning with breakfast. Located on the ground floor, this place has simple corporate interiors done up in beige, brown and fawn colours. One whole wall has large glass windows which overlook the garden in the front of the hotel. The other walls have large paintings with embossed work on it. The centre of the restaurant has the serving area where they set up the buffet. However, the restaurant does not have a regular lunch buffet, unlike most business hotels. So you can order al carte food here from the menu. This restaurant serves both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food and its Indian food is better than its continental and other Asian offerings. If you want to have breakfast, you can try the' American Breakfast' or the 'Northern and Southern Breakfast' which is the Indian Breakfast choice. You could also go for individual breakfast dishes instead of a composite breakfast. For lunch and dinner, you can go for the 'Lemon Coriander Chicken Soup' or the 'Mulligatawny Soup', which is a vegetarian soup. For the appetizer, try the 'Tandoori Khumb' or the 'Dahi Kabab'. If you want to have the non-vegetarian appetizer, order the 'Machhi Tikka' or the 'Oriental Style Chicken' where you get a choice of Chili, Szechwan, Hot Garlic or Salt and Pepper. For the main course, go for 'Kadai Paneer' or if you are a non-vegetarian, order the 'Mutton Rogan Josh' or the 'Kadai Chicken'. You can also choose combos meals where you get a choice of Indian and Chinese combos.
