How Does it Matter has to be one of the weirdest names for a restaurant but it has got an awesome location and a great view. The restaurant overlooks the green football grounds adjacent to the Ahmedabad Racquet Academy on Sindhu Bhavan Road. The restaurant has used this location to great advantage with small table seating arrangements in the lobby which overlooks the football grounds. It has an awesome view of the green ground giving a cooling calming effect. This is a large and spacious place, done up in beige, brown and fawn colours with the sofas upholstered in deep blue. The food here is mainly a pre-plated affair. Even the Indian dishes are served in a pre-plated western style. There are many different preparations here worth trying. Go for the 'Sausage and Smoked Cheese Salad', if you like pork. The 'Watermelon Feta Mint Salad' is a very refreshing salad to begin a meal. For starters try the 'Asparagus' and 'Leek Cigar Rolls'. Non-vegetarian choices are varied and interesting. Try the 'Crispy Lamb Romesco', the 'Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese Squares' or 'Chicken and Minced Lamb Roulades' Indian dishes are served on naans to make it a single plate affair, so there is 'Bhuna Gosht Parantha Peh' and 'Balti Murgh Naan Peh'. There is also 'Paneer Tikka Firdaus Naan Peh'.
