The 24-hour café of the newly opened Renaissance Hotel has a relaxed, almost, lazy air about it. Situated on the ground floor, next to the lobby, it is an open door coffee shop. The café uses full cow’s milk and brews coffee freshly every time. You can buy a designer box containing gourmet teas, about half a dozen of them inside the box at the café. The place has low sofas and low tables as is the current trend and it has tall glass windows from where you get a lot of natural light. The menu is inscribed on a wooden platter. It is a limited menu which has a small list of sandwiches, soup of the day and three choices of salads. Apart from that, it has a small list of 'Gujarati Snacks' which are procured locality in keeping with the Renaissance Hotel’s tradition of encouraging local cultural and culinary skills. One can also buy local snacks and handicrafts at the café which is great for out of state and international customers who do not have the time to shop locally but would still like to carry something from the city back home.
