Rangeen is newly opened vegetarian restaurant which is located on the first floor above 650 Restaurant. It is housed inside a lush green campus which houses this ancient looking sandstone building. But it is not an old building but a new building which has been designed to look like the fort and the interiors has pillars, stone lattice work and other carvings on the walls. The place has a dugout in the centre where a few tables are placed. In the centre, there are carved sandstone pillars placed as decoration. All around at the higher level are other tables with more carved architecture. The ceiling has colourful cloth wall hangings decorating the ceiling. The surroundings of the place are also beautiful with lush greenery surrounding the restaurant. The place serves dishes in an innovative style with different plating styles. It has a global cuisine and serves their versions of different dishes. Try the 'Chakri Paneer', 'Soft Paneer Rolls' with green inside, 'Spanish Ole', 'Tacos with seasoning' or 'Italian Crisp' which has feta, peppers and fresh basil has grown in-house, to begin with. There is also 'Turkish Twist' and 'Sali Bhurjee' for a closer to home taste. For the main course, go for 'Mexican Bowl' or 'Wild Rice Pepper Pesto'.
