A brainchild of the Indian chef Harpal Singh Sokhi, Dhadoom boasts of its “spud-tastic” fries. The never-ending variety of fries is the highlight of this restaurant. Dhadoom has a modernized setup place wise and depicts the Indo-Western fusion of food. For example, ‘Marathi Thessa’ fries, ‘Karim Bhai’s Butter Chicken Pasta’ and ‘Chicken Kheema Pizza’. Personally customized by the chef, all the delicacies are inspired the “king of vegetables” potato. The cuisine depicts the superimposition of Indian flavours on the poutine.
