HSR Layout is turning out to be the new Koramangala with cafés popping up in every nook and corner. Taking inspiration from the location for its name, Sector 7 Café is your typical quirky-themed small café serving European fare. The décor is a mish-mash of fun coloured metal pots, birdcage candle holders and other random paraphernalia you would find on someone’s study desk. Their special breakfasts with all the trimmings (think toast, sausages, baked beans, eggs, creamy spinach and coffee) draw in the crowds, but their regular café fare of burgers, thin-crust pizzas and pastas also have a fan following. Drinks are served in mason jars (an overdone theme!) and all their burgers are served with a generous side of pickles, coleslaw and fries.
