Spice It offers buffet and a la carte options and a limited number of dishes across Indian, Chinese and Continental fare. Decorated in the brand’s shades of orange and brown, The breakfast buffet offers a range of items and starts early in the day (06.30 am onwards) to accommodate the mainly business crowd that stays at IBIS. Eggs made to order, in addition to South Indian and North Indian breakfast items, as well as Continental dishes, make for a good meal to start the day on. In terms of choices, the lunch and dinner buffets are not that expansive, but one does have a choice between North and South Indian, Chinese and Italian options. Spice It does Indian food best, and the kebabs and biryani are quite good. The Indo-Chinese and Indian starters are good to fill up on. The dessert section is one the best from the buffet with Indian sweets as well as pastries, ice cream, and more. From the a la carte menu, fast food items like the 'Kathi Roll', available in veg and chicken, is decent. The IBIS Burger is also a good option for someone who does not want an extensive meal or is looking for something other than Indian food. Fish and Steak also make an appearance on the mains menu.
