This is actually a pizzeria and it is best that you order one. The bistro has nice and fun vibes which are great for a casual eat out with your friends. Surely, the other food is good too. The menu is a good mix of European and Italian stuff which tastes good. The ‘Cheese Garlic Bread’ is nice and tastes just fine, so is the ‘Tomato and Basil Soup’ that is pretty decent too. Let us jump on the talking point: Pizzas - they are nicely made, 10-inch, thin crust Pizzas loaded with toppings. The ‘Kheema Pizza’ is a nice take on an Indo-Italian Pizza there can be, it is properly spicy and tastes great. If you like something in vegetarian, the regular options include some made with Mushrooms, some with classic toppings like Eggplant, Parmesan Cheese and a few others. The pastas on the menu are pretty decent too but they are just too saucy and that is probably because many people love pastas that way. The desserts include ‘New York Style Baked Cheesecake’, ‘Chocolate Brownie’ and some other classics.
This place does justice to Banglaore's good weather! food & ambience makes it a nice place to hang out. Prices are very decent.
This place decor and location is awesome 👏🏻 but the food is tasteless. Didn’t find anything great or good at taste. My 3* is for the decor and the staffs there. The food could have been better. It was not good at all and also tasteless. The toad side food are better than these.
Catching up with a business contact or a chat among friends / family, this is an ideal place. Lively ambience outdoors. Limited but enough voices of finger food , meal & beverages. May be a bit up market but has an air of much needed casualness !
Good food options, well made and served. Ambience is good, like the Oreo sandwich. Mumbai Rasta sandwich is my favourite.
Hard work should be rewarded by good food! The Bel St is one of those places which might be used for meeting and greeting people due to splendid ambience but not to hang out with friends in pursuit of good food. The café offers Italian, American and continental cuisines with nice presentation but lacking adequate taste traits. The Bel St is quite heavy on pocket too! Coming to the business we had the following dishes at the place: Blueberry Cheese cake: Expected to be served at right temperature (moderately hot) which prevents the stickiness and maintains creamy flavour of a cheese cake was not followed resulted in stale food feeling and stickiness. There was blueberry taste though which made it a little better. Butterscotch Crunch Frappe: Frappe was a quality beverage at the bel st. Quantity of the frappe was satisfying, nicely blended with butterscotch crunches to overwhelm your taste buds with effective pricing. Must try! Cappuccino: Not so good not bad either, a fine day if you are craving for a cup of cappuccino and The Bel St happens to the café next door you can walk in and enjoy with mood lightening atmosphere it feels right. Also a good choice on their menu. Ambience: 3.8/5 Staff and Services: 2.5/5 Pocket friendliness: 3.0/5 Food: 2.0/5 Verdict: Areas of improvements include their response time after ordering the food and little things they need to take care of while serving a specific cuisine. The Bel St is a place for you if you want to a have a decent cup of a beverage.
Italian food can not only be easy on pockets but it’s delicious as well. This light yet robust fare has made a fan out of us through its classic silky pastas and drool-worthy wood fired oven pizzas that seems to have wooed every gourmet in us. Bengalurians enjoy their share of Italian food, a fact which is evident in several great Italian eateries tucked in various corners of Bengaluru. One of the prominent names in the city is ‘ The Bel St.’, a wonderful chain of Italian restaurants renowned for its awesome food and the feel good vibe. Drive down opposite Cauvery School in Sahakara Nagar to get your hands on the delightful risottos, lasagnas and cannelloni. If you like a bit unconventional Italian fare then there is that too. The restaurant is a little away from the hustle-bustle of the city, a blessing.
The Bel St. starts its day pretty early so don’t be surprised to see a full house when you step in for breakfast. However, if you feel lazy call to get the food delivered right to your doorstep. Besides Italian fare, Chinese, Continental and even American dishes finds place in the menu. Whet your appetite through the first course of, chicken nuggets, spinach & corn balls, Kolkata samosa, crumb nested prawns, burnt garlic chilli paneer, Thai chicken satay, dirty fries, fish fingers, jalapeno cheese fingers, hara bhara kabab, veg Manchurian and BBQ chicken wings. You may then follow it up with burgers or sandwiches or steaks or Chinese gravies but we recommend you stick to Italian food. Feast on, farmhouse fungi pizza, jambalaya chicken pasta, basil pesto pasta, BBQ chicken pizza and aglio olio pepperoncino chicken pasta.
Sip on a cup of coffee or a thick shake to complement your meal. Bid adieu with something sweet like, sizzling brownie, caramel custard, strawberry cheesecake, dark temptation, wicked brownie and mango cheesecake before walking out. You can even dig into a various flavors of waffles to end your meal. Interiors are designed by keeping comfort and ease in mind. Décor is warm and inviting due to the usage of deep brown tones. Clever bright lights throw the dark corners into a golden relief and manages to lighten up a solid room. Few potted plants and patches of grass in the outdoor section soothes the look. Overall the vibe is casual, earthy, welcoming and warm.
