In the line-up of lounges and restaurants in Sector 26, Culture Brew Exchange is a fairly new arrival. The interiors are well done and boast of different nooks and levels where you could be seated. The decor is modern and the walls boast of a lot of artwork. The front section of the restaurant houses the brewery and the bar. The metallic tones are hard to miss. The concept of a brew exchange is not new but Culture makes the most of it. You can order your drinks based on the fluctuating prices. Hookahs are also available here. When it comes to the menu, it makes little effort to stand out from its contemporaries in the same sector. It is a predictable mix of multi-cuisine specials. Choose from soups, salads, pizza, sandwiches, burgers as well as Chinese starters and some Continental dishes too. The Chef’s specials here include ‘Pind da Kukkad’, ‘Lucknowi Galauti’ and ‘Chicken Arabic Salad’. Also in the mix are Oriental and Mexican meals. The restaurant tries to please all palates. Musical performances are a regular affair here and it is best to visit Culture on the weekends. We found the service a tad slow and could do with improvement.
