An evening (or day) out with friends or family at a restaurant can be fun and in this case quite exciting too. The Ministry of Bar Exchange (MOBE) is a unique concept bar where prices of the drinks menu fluctuate based on the real-time demand and supply market economics. That is something that keeps the conversation going and everyone enthralled. In terms of decor, MOBE, as it is more popularly referred to as, it quite similar to the multiple lounges housed in a row in Sector 26. The interiors can get a tad dingy even during the day. So we prefer the outdoor area that has a retractable roof. Wooden tables and chairs and faux grass give this place a casual look. You will notice multiple digital screens dot the bar area and that is where the prices of the drinks fluctuate. It is perfect when you are in a group. Weekends run to a full house thanks to the live musical performances. The MOBE signage also follows you all through the bar and dining areas. The menu does a predictable walk through multiple cuisines picking up favourites on the way. Since there’s a lot of emphasis on the beverages, you will find quick bites in abundance. The pizzas are definitely the hot-sellers. We like the fact that they are thin crust pizzas and the toppings aren’t lean. We also tried their 'Thai Green Curry' and found it just passing the average mark. Day time dining can be low-key so time your visit with days there is a live gig on.
