Patrons come in hordes to experience the elegance of the restaurant. Pale beige chairs and a softly painted room accentuates the class of the restaurant. The only other colours you see, comes from the lovely paintings hanging on the wall. A private dining area is created separately for those who would like some privacy with their dinner companions. Everything is quite posh and classy looking. If you want to wine and dine someone to impress then you couldn’t pick better than Prego.
Chef Luca D’Amora presents an authentic Italian menu which comes from their extraordinary selection of wines. Their wine library has one of the best wine selections in Chennai. The menu is sensational and you will be taken for a joyride of flavours. You can start on the food journey with some appetizers like, carpaccio di bufala, polenta ai funghi, minestrone casalingo, asparagi al vapore, tonno confettato piccante con cous cous and focaccia al proschutto e fichi. Take the matters further with delicacies like, paccheri alla norma, tagliolini di mare, involtini alla barese, fettuccine al ragu and rigatoni amatriciana. Bring this memorable meal to an end with classic Italian desserts.
