Located on the Turyaa hotel’s rooftop, Samasa overlooks Chennai’s bustling IT corridor. The restaurant boasts a green haven of ferns and is by the poolside. There is also an indoor seating option for guests who do not like the outdoors – done up with traditional elements and artefacts from Rajasthan. It is a multi-cuisine restaurant serving some interestingly flavourful delicacies. One must-try the ‘Indian Curry Pasta’, a combination of Indian herbs and masalas with the pasta and is quite tantalizing. The desserts such as ‘Anjur Rasamalai’, ‘Dark and White Chocolate Mousse Tower’ and Orange Crepes are definitely worth a try.
