The small open kitchen area remains the focal point of the room and is fashioned like a red brick oven. A neat row of table flanks it which is later opened as the buffet section. To sit they have placed smart modern furniture around the room with bright mustard yellow chairs bringing in a pop of colour. Walls are painted soft white and is fitted with large picture windows that floods the room with natural light. Paintings depicting landscape views around the world infuses class into the mix. Overall, the restaurant seems elegant, contemporary, comfortable and stylish. Dining here is expensive but completely worthwhile.
The Brick Oven carries a multi-cuisine menu that trots around the globe. The extensive proportions of the menu allows one a lot of options to indulge in. The menu tries out North-Indian, Chinese and Continental cuisines. It’s best to begin with, fattoush, crispy calamari, dahi pudina kebab, kozhi roast, prawn & smoked paprika bisque, Moroccan shrimps, lagan ki boti, bhutteyan de shammi, crisp fried falafel and chicken shish kebab. Main course is a melange of burgers, pizzas, pastas, spicy curries, sandwiches and grilled delicacies. There is plenty of regional fare on the menu too if you feel like some local flavour.
